Andre Earls is from Norwalk, CT, where he lived for 14 years. After making a decision to move to Puyallup, WA for his high school years, he discovered speech and debate at Puyallup High School. In addition to speech and debate, Andre also served as the class president during his sophomore and junior years and lettered in track and field his junior year. As a debater, Andre has had a successful career in his three year stint. Starting off in policy debate, Andre qualified for state in his novice year. In his junior year, he began to make a transition into public-forum debate, while still qualifying for state in policy debate. In his senior year, Andre became a three-time Washington State debate qualifier and varsity letter award recipient. Andre has also earned a TOC bid and a bid to nationals in his senior year. As a collegiate competitor, Andre qualified for the National Forensics Association National Championship in Lincoln-Douglas Debate.
